We have an “A” letter grade. Berkeley Pizza is licensed to deliver pizza from our permitted commercial kitchen near 6th & “B.” Our address is not published because we do not offer DINE-IN service. We are a small, local business that whenever possible uses ingredients from small local farmers. We are in lease negotiations to acquire a space in downtown San Diego. In 2011, we should have a location to serve customers for DINE-IN, TAKE-OUT and DELIVERY service. Our History: Berkeley Pizza’s custom stuffed pizzas are based on years of family cooking. Our family would enjoy savory “Holiday Pies” for special occasions. These special pizza pies would be topped with fresh, stewed tomatoes. Our pizzas are thick or “stuffed” with toppings, rather than thick because of their crust.
